Overnight Hockey + Camp
Program Features
- 10 intensive hours of ice time per week including scrimmage game
- Two chosen land or water-based traditional camp activities
- Daily WellFit Training Activity

Overnight Ultimate Camp
Program Features
- Choose from 2 daily camp activities, (including the opportunity to choose water ski activity twice daily)
- 3 additional daily activity scheduled time blocks (daily rotation determined by instructor)
- Daily WellFit Training

Overnight Water Ski
Program Features
- 3 hours on the water each day (M-F)
- Video Analysis/Feedback
- 1 other chosen land or water camp activity daily
- Daily WellFit Training

Leader In Training
Program Features - birth year of 2010
- Two-Week Leadership Program including an opportunity to earn up to 10 community service hours.
- Completion of Respect in Sport - Activity Leader Online Program
- Week #1
- Participate in one of HOC Overnight programming (Hockey + Camp Program, Camp Program or Water Ski Program - program cost vary)
- Complete Emergency First Aid/CPR training
- Week #2
- Complete Bronze Medallion Training/testing
- Activity assist with HOC staff and campers
- Leadership sessions/theory
- One night of tent camping on HOC property
- Group activities

Counsellor In Training
Program Features-- birth year of 2009
- Four-Week Leadership Program including an opportunity to earn up to 40 community service hours.
- Completion of Respect in Sport - Activity Leader Online Program
- Week #1
- Complete a 3-night/4-day canoe trip in Algonquin Park
- Group activities
- Week #2
- Complete Bronze Cross Training/testing (Prerequisite: Bronze Medallion)
- Complete Emergency First Aid/CPR training
- Training sessions (leadership sessions, child care practices etc.)
- Week #3 & 4
- Complete the two-week Counselling Mentor Program.
