If you would like to mail or fax your 2012 Registration Form – simply click the link to print. We also have online registration available. We recommend that you visit our Rates & Dates section for details on dates and rates and specific camp programs.

It is mandatory that all campers submit an up-to-date 2012 Health History Form each year. Simply click the link to print.  An accurate and thorough health form is integral to ensuring the safety and comfort of your child while at camp.
