How To Register For Camp

Congratulations to Sam Howe, winner of a FREE WEEK at HOC.  Sam’s name was drawn from a list of all returning campers who registered for camp before March 1st.

Just complete the following steps:

STEP #1 – Review Getting Ready for Camp Package:
Download the Getting Ready for Camp Package To find out everything you need to know about preparing to send your child to H.O.C., please READ THROUGH THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY.

STEP #2 – Complete 2012 Registration Form ONLINE (click here) or print a PAPER COPY (click here):
Campers that are submitting their registration as part of a Group (via paper copy) can download the form but must give their child’s registration form to the Group Coordinator for submission in the same envelope.  A minimum deposit of $250.00 Cdn. must accompany all registrations.

STEP #3 – Complete 2012 Health History Form ONLINE (click here) or print a PAPER COPY (click here):
It is mandatory that all campers submit an up-to-date Health History Form each year. An accurate and thorough health form is integral to ensuring the safety and comfort of your child while at camp.

Remember!  We accept registrations on a first come, first serve basis, so register early.
