Easy and Efficient Online Group Registration

Group Coordinators:

  • Coordinators can now create a group profile and facilitate their group registrations online. Just three easy steps;
    • Step 1: Collect all email addresses of  the parents of the campers who will be part of your group.
    • Step 2: Enter Online Registration Page on website and create a group within the Group Coordinator Portal and add the email addresses of each of your campers. An email will automatically be generated and sent to the camper’s parents. The email will explain the group registration process. All campers within the group must register via the email link sent from the Group Coordinator Portal. Campers have 15 days (from the date the group was created ) to complete the registration in order to secure the group rate.
    • Step 3: Check the status of your group members registration through the Group Coordinator Portal.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Group rate is only applicable to campers who register via the email link. If a camper has registered prior to the group being set up or registered via the “individual campers” registration portal, they are not entitled to the group rate or cannot be counted in as one of the minimum 5 campers. No exceptions.

Group Campers/Parents:

  • All campers within the group must register via the email link sent from the Group Coordinator Portal. Campers have 15 days (from the date the group was created ) to complete the registration in order to secure the group rate.

Group Coordinator Savings:

  • The group coordinator (the one who recruits 5 or more campers and completes the Group Summary Form – online or paper copy) receives an additional savings off group registration rates (after taxes) of $75.00 for every 5 campers in the group up to $225.00 maximum. (i.e. 5-9 campers = $75.00 savings, 10-14 campers = $150.00 savings, 15+ campers = $225.00 savings)
  • Please note: savings cannot be divided among campers but only applied to one camper.

Group/ Coordinator Rate Guidlines:

  • A group is considered to be FIVE or more campers. Registrations must consist of any combination of Residential Camper Programs ONLY. Ice Only or Ice Only + Camp Programs do not qualify as group member. Please note there is no group discount to Residential Water Ski program but campers can still be counted in as part of group numbers. Campers do not need to attend HOC the same week.
  • Groups larger than FIVE campers may be split up into separate cabins for bunking assignments.   It would assist us if you could pre-assign these campers into smaller cabin groups.
  • Paper Registrations: The Group coordinator must submit all registration forms/payment in the same envelope with a completed Group Summary form (link below) in order for the Group discounts to apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
