During Camp

While your child is at camp you can log onto our website to see our daily photos. Photos can be reviewed for free and purchased, 4″ x 6″($4.50), 8″ x 10″($10.00) or an emailed digital copy for ($3.00). Photos will be given out at the end of the camp stay.

You are welcome to email your camper while they are at camp. Like most other camps, we have an email service called Bunk1 that allows family members to purchase email credits ($5 for 6 emails) and send your child a quick note.

For more traditional modes of communication, you can send your camper letters and packages via Canada Post. The expected delivery is 3 – 7 business days from within Canada and the US. Communications should be addressed as follows:

Due to the potential volume of calls and disruption to camp, phone calls to/from campers is not permitted. In the event of an emergency, please contact the office to make arrangements through the Camp Director. In addition, cell phones are not permitted at camp. If they are brought to camp they will be taken from the camper, securely stored and returned at the end of the camper’s stay.

New for 2012, we are hiring a Parent Communication Representative. This person will work closely with our Health Care team as well as with our counseling team and will be able to update parents quickly on any concerns your child might have while at camp.  Our goal is to continue to improve the level of comfort parents have while their child is away from home.
