Kayaking

Paddling the shoreline of Eagle Lake,  campers are provided instruction in basic kayaking techniques and participate in a variety of paddling games to test their skills. The possibility of an exciting trip down the Distress River is a highlight of the week.

Sections/Age Category: Canadians to Senior Section, Approx. Age 7-16

Please note: If choosing this activity, you may be limited with your additional activity choices based on set class schedules. Camper’s activities are finalized upon check-in.

Equipment Provided: Lifejackets, Kayaks, Paddle, Spray Skirt, Required Safety Equipment

Equipment Required: One Piece Bathing Suit, Towel, Sunscreen, Hat, Sun Glasses, & Water bottle

Instructor Experience & Certifications: NLS / Bronze Cross, ORCKA certification recommended
