Activities

Hockey Opportunity CampCampers at HOC get to choose two daily land or water-based activities they will participate in while at camp in addition to their hockey training. We recommend that parents and campers sit down together and go through our online activity guide (use the navigation above). There is a separate page for each activity which includes a description, the appropriate age level, equipment provided by HOC, equipment campers will need to bring and a description of the training level of the instructors.

Campers have the opportunity to sign up for their preferred land or water activities with their registration.

Instructional activity sessions are skill based, age appropriate and fun. Experienced and certified instructors teach each camper a series of skill progressions throughout their time at camp. This enables campers to work through one of three levels within each activity: Bronze, Silver, Gold.

When campers think of the programs and  activities offered, they may consider using this time at camp to try an activity they have never done before or learn a new skill within a familiar activity.

All activity choices will be finalized once at camp, given your camper the opportunity to change their choice based on weather, scheduling conflicts, friend’s choices, instructors, etc.
